AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! AS SOON AS YOU HAVE A DATE, LET'S TALK! SETTING YOUR DATE EARLY ENSURES WE STILL HAVE YOUR DAY AVAILABLE. DATES ARE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS ONCE RETAINER PAYMENT IS MADE.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER?
THE RETAINER TO HOLD YOUR DATE OFFICIALLY IS 25% OF WHICHEVER PACKAGE OR COVERAGE YOU CHOOSE. THE REMAINING PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ANYTIME UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING.

DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTER?
A SECOND SHOOTER IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA! TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS MEANS DOUBLE THE ANGLES! THIS ALLOWS US TO BE TWO PLACES AT ONCE, WHICH CAN BE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL DURING GETTING-READY PHOTOS AND EVEN DURING THE CEREMONY TO CATCH BOTH SPOUSES AS THEY WALK DOWN THE AISLE!
DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
WE DO! NEED PROOF FOR YOUR VENUE? JUST PROVIDE US WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION AND WE WILL SEND IT OVER!
HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT OUR COMPLETED PHOTOS?
WE PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME OF 90 DAYS. THE TIMEFRAME OFTEN DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF PHOTOS TAKEN. WE WORK AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE WHILE STILL TAKING TIME TO ENSURE EACH PHOTO IS THE BEST QUALITY POSSIBLE!
WILL WE RECEIVE ALL OUR PHOTOS? WILL THEY BE EDITED?
WE DELIVER ALL USABLE PHOTOS- EVEN BLOOPERS! ONCE PHOTOS ARE TAKEN, WE GO THROUGH EACH PHOTO ONE AT A TIME RETOCHING THEM FOR COLOR, LIGHTING, AND OVERAL QUALITY. DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF PHOTOS INCLUDED IN THE GALLERIES, WE RESERVE THE IN-DEPTH EDITING FOR 25 OF YOUR FAVORITE IMAGES (YOU CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITES FOR BLEMISH REMOVAL, SKIN SMOOTHING, ETC). ONE IN-DEPTH EDIT CAN TAKE 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR EACH, SO THESE ARE MEANT TO BE ABSOLUTE FAVORITES THAT YOU PLAN TO FRAME OR USE FOR WALL ART!
